This policy explains how PulseTick handles workspace, user, customer, message, media, billing, and usage data.
Information we process
We process account details such as user names, email addresses, encrypted passwords, workspace names, roles, permissions, and selected workspace settings.
When a workspace connects WhatsApp Cloud API, PulseTick stores configuration needed to operate the integration, including phone number IDs, business account details, webhook tokens, and encrypted or restricted API credentials.
PulseTick stores customer records, tags, notes, reminders, conversations, message content, message status, media links, attachments, templates, broadcasts, reports, audit logs, push notification tokens, and subscription payment records.
How we use information
We use workspace data to provide the CRM, deliver WhatsApp workflows, show inbox and campaign activity, manage contacts, record due and collected payments, support security logs, and maintain service reliability.
We do not sell customer contact lists or message content. Data is used to run the workspace and support the business that owns it.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records are kept while the workspace is active or as needed for operational, billing, audit, security, and legal purposes.
A workspace owner may request deletion or export of business data, subject to technical, legal, and operational retention requirements.
Security
PulseTick uses access controls, role permissions, audit logs, authentication, and security headers to help protect workspace data.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Workspace owners should keep credentials private and restrict team access to trusted users.
