Service provider

PulseTick is provided by Jharwal Consultants - AI & Automations.

By creating a workspace or using the app, you agree to use PulseTick for lawful business communication and to keep your account details accurate.

WhatsApp and customer communication

Workspace owners are responsible for using WhatsApp Business Platform features in line with Meta policies, applicable law, and customer consent requirements.

You are responsible for the content sent by your workspace, the customer records you upload, and access granted to your team members.

Subscription and payment

The PulseTick Monthly plan is Rs799 per month, discounted to Rs499 per month for the first 6 months for eligible new workspaces.

PulseTick creates monthly due records for each workspace. A payment is considered collected only when it is recorded as collected in the subscription ledger or otherwise confirmed by the service provider.

If a monthly payment remains unpaid for more than 7 days after the due date, PulseTick may pause workspace service until payment is collected.

Acceptable use

You must not use PulseTick to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, spam, or unauthorized messages.

You must not attempt to bypass security, access another workspace without permission, scrape the service, or disrupt service availability.

Changes and availability

PulseTick may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for reliability, security, compliance, or product development.

We aim to keep the service dependable, but availability can be affected by hosting providers, WhatsApp Cloud API, internet networks, maintenance, or events outside our control.
